We decided to carry out a token sale to attract in the most natural way possible small private investors, and not large funds that could change the price and volatility of the 4biz token

We will be using a forked version of sushiswap infrastructure. more info will follow.

#### Launch staking service for BIZ / Launch Uniswap pool BIZ-ETH LP Token to receive 4BIZ token as rewards.

#### Add more pool LP token.

## Details of Uniswap Listing <a href="#id-121c" id="id-121c"></a>

**Biz token will be listed on Uniswap on 6 April , 2021 at 17:00 UTC. ( Before the listing on uniswap all the extra team token will be burned to keep the original tokenomics )The listing price of Biz token is ±$0.0006** and BIZ Finance will deposit 25,000,000,000 Biz tokens into the Uniswap Liquidity Pool. The amount of ETH is subject to change depending on its price, and we will announce the exact amount of ETH to be deposited on the listing day again on this post via our twitter account and our Discord groups . Link to the Uniswap link will also be posted.<br>

## **Functions of 4BIZ Token**

As the currency of Biz finance platform, 4BIZ tokens can be used to:

1. Propose and vote on decisions for the Biz ecosystem as governance token.
2. Use various financial services of Biz finance.
3. Pay for using multichain DeFi services on Biz ( v1 release)

### How can i get 4BIZ token?

The only way to get 4biz will be through staking the BIZ token or the LP token (the list of available LP will be updated after the official bizswap ui release).&#x20;

You can put your BIZ (obtained during the token sale or through the sale via exchange) in staking obtaining 4BIZ. By participating in the token sale you will have the opportunity to support the project since its inception, plus you will have the opportunity to receive different bonuses based on the date of participation and receive 4BIZ airdrops directly in your wallet that participated in the token sale!
